2021 Cascade Harvest Festival
The Harvest Festival is scheduled for October 2nd at Cascade Elementary School.
4:00 to 6:00 Games in the classrooms and dinner in Elementary cafeteria
4:00 to 6:00 Pizza and Coke
4:00 to 8:00 Inflatables in Elementary Gym
6:15 to 6:30 King and Queen
6:30 to 8:00 Auction in Elementary cafeteria
Meal: This year we are serving Bell Buckle Café chili and the fixings along with a dessert. Meal tickets are pre-sold for $5.00 or $5.00 at the door. We will also have pizza and coke for sale in the cafeteria.
Games: Individual game tickets and arm bands will be sold during the festival. Tickets are $0.50 or you can purchase an armband for $10. Most games are 1 ticket. We will also pre-sale the armbands this year for your convenience. Just fill out the form below and send in the money with the meal tickets. Your armbands will be waiting for you at the door. We will have a Glow Dance room that students can use game tickets/armband to dance for 15 minutes increments. Glow sticks will be sold outside of the room 2 for $1.
Auction: The Basket Auction will start at 6:30pm in the Elementary Cafeteria. If you are bidding or just watching this is always a fun event! The money goes back to our classrooms. During the auction, children can play on the inflatables for free. We will have volunteers monitoring the inflatables.
Cascade Elementary King and Queen will be announced before the auction.
We need your help!!!! We need pies, cakes, cookies, brownies, or any other dessert that can be divided for our meal. Please let us know below if you can help with one of these items. We need volunteers to help with games, event set up and clean up. Please contact your child's teacher if you can help.
