Good evening, this is Mrs. Adcock Cascade Elementary School's principal. I have a few announcements and reminders:
No School Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
We did great on our candy bar sale. We will be sending out information on the DJ party and game truck soon.
Breakfast with Santa is December 4th from 8 am to 10 am. Pancake breakfast is $5
Winter Wonderland Dance is December 10th.
Due to an excessive amount of late checkouts and late changes of transportation, we are going to honor our student handbook policy that states the following:
Due to the disruptions and safety concerns that late check outs cause to school dismissal procedures, starting Monday students will not be allowed to check out after 2:00 p.m. Our receptionist will refer you to our policy and ask you to pick your child up in the car rider line. Only in emergency situations will we allow for checkouts after 2.
This also applies to transportation changes. Starting Monday, we will begin following our school policy that is in the student handbook which reads:
For safety reasons, students must have ONE regular transportation plan. Changes made in transportation must be made before 1:30 p.m. and be made only in emergency situations. Our receptionist will refer you to our school policy.
